Have you had a "lazy eye" since childhood?
Did you wear a patch as a child?
Do you live in the Montreal area?
Amblyopia or "lazy eye" is a condition in which one eye is weaker than the other because of some optical defect or misalignment.
McGill Vision Research Centre (H4-14 Royal Victoria Hospital) is looking for persons with a history of lazy eye to be participants in vision experiments. Participation in most experiments will involve viewing computer controlled monitor displays. We also have some experiments that take place in brain scanners.
$$$
Participants will be compensated $15 per hour for computer-based experiments.
Or $30 per hour for experiments involving brain scanning!
